After updating to the ics I can't open new windows while on the internet. This is just one of the many issue I am having since downloading the ics update. I have had to do a factory reset, which I should not have had to do by the way, and yet still I am having major glitches. I remember seeing a way to fix this problem, but can't remember what it is. Please help me. Thank you to the powers that be in the world of this forum.
