Honestly, I would odin stock again...redownload it as well. Something did not stick. Have had a few occassions where people had to do it a few times because of a bad download.

Ok well I dl'd the original and the mirror one, so... and do you know if you have to be 2.1 or 2.2 to flash EF and ComRom, or does it matter at all?

At this point, I just need something stable, I can upgrade in 18 days, do you have any suggestions? Im tempted just to stay rooted EB01....

They're both Froyo ROMs.

I knew that, but does that mean they have to be flashed over froyo? stupid question?

Not stupid at all. Yes, froyo is the base...ef and commrom compliment the code of the base source. Just flash over from Recovery. Take the newest and make sure it doesnt say "patch" but rather full rom.

Im trying to flash CM7.1 and it keeps failing.
