So far...and I was grandfathered into the LTE as well. My contract is up in September. Verizon will, I am sure, adjust things for people when they upgrade as well.

If I help you break it, I will help you fix it...promise!

I am in the same boat with AT&T. They grandfathered me into LTE which had an added bonus of my data speeds not being capped until 5GB instead of the 3G plan's random GB cap.
My only beef was that when I bought the Note they refused to unlock it immediately even though I paid full price. They said it would be 6 months since it was an AT&T exclusive phone. I ended up paying $35 to get it unlocked online.

I love my note. However I haven't upgraded my Note to ICS. I don't like having to use Kies to do it. SomI willstick with Gingerbread on my NOTE?
Guess you'll never know what you're missing if you don't upgrade.
Kies is a great program when it works.

he Galaxy Note has the largest display I've ever seen on a smartphone, 5.3-inches, with a 1280 x 800 (WXVGA) Super AMOLED screen.
I'm really little, so i have really little hands; but the note 2 is still my weapon of choice when getting into an argument with an apple fan.
plus people like the note 2 for the same reason little girls like Justin Beiber, He's like a boy AND a girl! the Note 2 is like a tablet AND a phone!

When I was ready to upgrade from my Atrix 4G, I really wanted to Note. I then went to the AT&T store, and realized that it wouldn't fit easily in any of the pouches on my climbing harness (the Atrix, Skyrocket and S3 all have). I could put it in my main pouch, but that's where all the tools go..wrenches, hammer, pliers, channel locks...you see the potential for disaster? I am happy with what I have, the Note would be nice if I had a desk job where I can safely lay it.
