Updated OP with the new Alpha Two.

DAGr8 has added the ability to have a landscape homescreen and for your status bar icons to match the blue of ICS by flashing the two zips at the bottom of the first post of his thread. Flash them through CWM by placing them in /sdcard on your phone and choosing Install Zip From SDcard after rebooting into recovery.

This is, by far, the most stable rom I have ever used. And I have been through many of them. This has to be dropping soon as an RC.

    Alpha Three Notes

Alpha three is a big step towards a truer ICS feel with a bunch of mods and tweaks. There are drawbacks to this addon however. There are system wide FCs due to some possible framework errors.

When you flash it on top of Alpha Two you must fix permissions from within CWM before rebooting from the flash. It clears up a bunch of messes.

You will get a duplicate list of Contacts if you sync with Google. Not sure why, but it seems to always happen if you don't first unsync your Contacts. On reboot the phone will go through the usual Updating Apps that you experience when first moving to ICS.

The Market FCs when installing anything although the install actually happens.
Google Chrome no longer works below 280dpi. I tried at my usual 240dpi and it FCs the system. So I switched to 280. This is apparent on the Galaxy Nexus as well. Hopefully Google will fix it.

EDIT: I highly suggest staying away from alpha three. It has too many issues. Stick with alpha two until the next GR8est release.

Are there any addons for the touchwiz launcher? I really enjoy touchwiz on this phone for some reason, maybe its because I used pure ICS for months on my old HTC Inspire 4G prior to the Note.

What sort of addons? There is one that gives you landscape home screens instead of the usual portrait only. There is also a 15 toggle notification addon that gives you more toggles in your notification bar. Then there is the blue themed system zip that themes the status bar icons blue.

I use the Apex launcher myself.

Just the little things, like editing the notification toggles. But yeah that 15 toggle mod was a great add-on! Combining TW and ICS perfectly.

You might want to check your USB connectivity to your PC after flashing the 15 toggle. Some people say it removes USB mounting.
