Im really hoping that someone can help me here, I tried to root my phone and afterwards my phone started up to the screen that says firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again.

I have tried repeatedly to fix this and so far nothing has seemed to work, odin will recognize the phone and turn yellow. However every time I try to run it, it fails. I have at&t service and really need to figure this out so I am seeking help.

Hi! What is the phone model? It is listed underneath the battery door. Welcome to the forum!

This is ICS for the i727:

    http://www.hotfile.com/dl/162779401/...6_ATT.zip.html

Download it and unzip it once with 7Zip on your PC. You will end up with a .tar file that you flash inside of Odin in the PDA slot.

Pull your battery and reinsert it. Power it back on while holding Power+Volume Up+Volume Down. Then plug it in to your PC.

Run Odin as administrator by right clicking the exe.
