I cant get my phone into recovery mode to sort the problem. Could someone help me.

Can you get into download mode? Volume Down+Power Button until it reboots.

im unable to get into recovery or download mode using the power and volume keys.

I can now get the phone to Download Mode but still nothing working.

Who is your carrier? You will need Odin version 1.85 to be able to recognize your phone, and the firmware for your model/carrier.

1. Make sure nothing Samsung Kies related is running on your computer. Run Odin as Administrator by right clicking it and selecting "Run as Administrator".
2. Boot your phone into Download Mode and then plug it in via the factory USB cable that came with the phone. Your computer may start installing some drivers. If it does give it time to finish.
3. In the top left hand corner of Odin a box should turn yellow and IDCOMM should display some random numbers.

If it doesn't happen, try starting over from step one. If it does recognize it I can link you to the software you need for your model/carrier/country.
