    Nope, not at all. The Fascinate received 5 official updates between when the phone launched (Aug/Sep 2010) and this past April. Nothing since then. Officially, the phone is still on Froyo.

    That doesn't sound good! Well, I had a choice to make for Christmas . To get either a new phone (I have been thinking about the Note) or a new PS3 (I have two that are shot) and I went with the PS3. My wife's the bomb!

    Well, keep in mind that the delays in updates for the Fassy were mostly due to Verizon.

    Nice job with the PS3!

    Was going to add that very thing. Also, samsung was not pleased about that.

    I suppose it will likely be Verizon's fault when they're delayed in the future too.

    Verizon nor Samsung will have the opportunity to delay updates for the Nexus.
