Battery Disconnected message

When trying to charge the phone, I get the message "Battery Disconnected"... it's then fine and charges for a while, and then I get the message again. The phone does end up fully charging if left alone long enough but it's annoying if I'm trying to get the phone charged quickly. Is this a problem with the phone or the battery?

I've not seen or heard of this either. Is your phone stock or rooted? I would probably take this issue up with Verizon.

Oops...didn't even check which forum this was in. Better check with whichever carrier you have. Verizon may not have the answer

I have never seen this problem before but It sounds like a faulty connection to the battery. My guess is that you will need a new phone. Are you sure that the charging cable is securely inserted in to the micro USB slot?

This is a problem is with the battery because i had the same issu but it ok now after changing the battery.

i am also having same issue with my new S2 mobile.

please advice. how can I solve this issue??
