How to block my number on out going calls?

Anyone have a clue? I don't want to have to dial * something every time. It was suggested I call my provider, T-Mobile and see if they will perm block it. Which I will first thing in the morning.

Just seems odd that one can not go into Settings and do this. Never had a phone I couldn't do that with. It is a must with the type of clients we work with.

There is an app called hide caller id in the market. The app costs $1. 99. Just saw it and never used it but reviews seem good. I'd see what your carrier says first.

You just have to understand not all make/model phones are alike. (which is a good thing imo) you have to take the good with the bad and most everything else can usually be solved by searching the Market for an app that will do what you're looking for.
Good luck & let is know how you make out with your carrier tomorrow.

Very cool! It is always a good feeling when the ones that always teach you learn something new that you found.

    hmm....does that even make sense?

Go into Settings. Under Device select Call. Scroll down to additional settings. Choose Caller ID. This will give you 3 options: Network Default, Hide Number and Show Number
