HELP!! Samsung Galaxy S2 Restarts at times

The area you are describing around the camera is where your processor sits. It can get warm during gaming and during 3G/4G usage due to stressing. Also, when multitasking things can get hung up and ramp up your processor. All phones do this ( heat up), but it is more noticeable on the thinner ones. The task manager is a great place to start looking for problems. Settings,Applications,Running is also another to scrutinize.

If you can't find the problem, and it really aggravates you, then you can start uninstalling apps to start the search for the culprit. It could just be that you need to do a factory reset which should be done between OS upgrades.

Have you considered running XWLP3 which is O2s version of ICS? if you are traveling outside of the UK you could use an Open Europe ICS which may cure your Airplane Mode freeze issue.

Can you type *#1234# into your phone dialer and post the output?

Hey guys... i have been using my S2, GT-I9100 model since past 2 months, and had faced this rebooting couple of times earlier... but that was just intermittent.. but since yesterday my phone is continuously getting restarted. i.e for every minute or two... when contacted shop person, he told it needs a factory reset and a new software update... currently its running on ICS 4.0.3....

Please help if that solves the issue, as i have already installed many applications and cant really check if a particular app is causing this issue.
