About LinkBacksI can't make or receive any calls. When I make or receive a call the call is immediately put on hold. The recipient can hear my voice but I can't hear them. The hold icon appears on the screen.

That's seems weird, if your phone was actually putting people on hold they should not be able to hear you. The fact they can hear you, but you can't hear them makes me think its possible hardware malfunction. I could be wrong, since I don't own a gs2. My gut says take it to your carrier and see what they say.
