I just got the galaxy s2 from us cellular and i downloaded the city at night live wallpaper, but the picture doesn't pan over when i change a screen. It just shows the same view for all 7 screens
Is it something in my settings or what?
Thanks!

Hi ajess - welcome to Samsung Galaxy Forums.
I used to have that particular version of live wallpaper on my Motorola Atrix, and my recolection is that it *did* tend to turn somewhat, when you changed screens. I don't currently have it installed on any of my phones so there's no way to check it. I think there was a setting though which enabled or disabled the turning/panning. If you looked and it wasn't there (under settings) then maybe the developer dropped that option.
Sorry I don't have more for you on that topic - nice wallpaper though.

I think I'm having the same issue as the OP, but the opposite one -- the wallpaper pans over and even stretches when I intend not to make it so. I used 480x800 wallpapers and applied them in portrait mode so that it would all be shown in the homescreen. But the result is like the wallpaper is stretched or zoomed in that it looked like it's been cropped (and it pans over when I change the screen). Please help me.
edit - I've added some screenshots for you to see.
There should be a setting that will turn off the panning. And, this zooming has been a thorn in Google's side for a long time. I use Resize Image Wallpaper Beta to set wallpapers without scrolling and minimal zoom or Image 2 Wallpaper (same developer) to retain scrolling wallpapers.
If people are still on GingerBread scrolling walls were intentionally disabled by a firmware update.

I managed to solve the issue by doing a factory reset (which was your previous advice on my fully charge notification issue). Thank you for your help!![]()
That is usually my first step when things start going bonkers
