Android Market change to Google Play Store

I got a galaxy s2 yesterday and all was going well til today! Went to the Android Market and installed a couple of free games. Went to go back into it and the icon for Android Market is now gone and Google Play Store is there. I read on the web that Android Market IS changing over to Google Play Store and that the update is a silent one and will be rolling out over the next few days.
In saying that, when I click on the Google Play Store icon it says that "Android Market is upgrading to Google Play Store - learn more or continue". however when I press either of these options nothing works!! It's just that screen and nothing more.
HELP!

Try going to settings/apps/all and find the play store and clear data for it and open it back up and see if you can get it to work. Also try just restarting the phone and seeing if it will clear it up
