Reddit!Welcome to the forum Antonio! Sorry to hear about the problems with your new phone. Have you tried a ten minute battery pull yet? If not, take out the battery and let it sit for a full ten minutes. (no cheating)put it back in and see if it'll turn on then. Let us know how you make out.
Luckily you haven't had it long and you may have just gotten a bad handset, so they'll replace it for you no questions asked. (if all else fails) it IS an awesome phone though so don't get discouraged.

That is a great phone! Do you have a second battery to try?
You can attempt to boot it by pressing and holding the home button+power button until it starts. It shouldn't take more than 5 seconds.
