You can try going to Settings, Applications, All and then scroll down to Camera and select it. Clear the data and then try to launch it again afterwards.

If you haven't already, you should do a factory data reset on the phone to clear out any inconsistencies.

I tried Clearing the data as you suggested, and am still left with the same message.
I will try a factory reset of the device, once I have a chance to back up all my data.
Will performing a factory reset restore it to the original version firmware, or will the ICS update I performed stick?

The ICS version will stick. As far as the phone is concerned the only firmware you have ever had is ICS.

If the factory wipe doesn't work I would reflash the ICS again.

I am also using same GT-I9100 and yesterday it asked for the software update so i did it and after doing the software and firmware upgrade directly from phone, the phone is stuck on boot up screen. I tried doing the factory reset wiping all data as suggested, but it is still behaving the same.

And one doubt ,
after this Odin process does my warranty will expire
and it will root my phone ?

No, it won't root your phone and your warranty isn't voided. It is a signed Samsung firmware.

Download this UAE firmware and unzip it once with a program called 7Zip. It will end up being a tar file which you will flash using Odin in the PDA slot.

Thanks it is working now.
Initially i was using my laptop to do update and somehow it was not happening, and than i tried it with my desktop and in first attempt i succeeded, i don't now why but atlast it worked for me.

Dear friends,
I found my Galaxy turned off in my pocket, I turn it ON... and it hangs in the Logo screen "Samsung S2 Galaxy." Few months ago i upgraded to the ICS through Kies but since then no more updates although I noticed that he had activated an option to "Install updates automatically".
I tryed to get the Recovery menu but is impossible, remains the same, but I can go to download menu by combining VOL- + HOME + POWER.
After some googling I decided to reinstall the ICS firmware through the Download menu and ODIN: runs fine and gives me the PASS! but continues all the same. The smartphone is new, is in warranty, i dont go to Samsung support because I lose the entire contents of internal memory. The contacts and everything else I do not care but I can't lose all the photos. How can I solve or at least there is some way to access the internal memory "SD / USB" of the device?

Im in Portugal, the device isn't associated to a telecom, i bought it unlocked, but i use it in TMN.
The model is the SAMSUNG GALAXY SII T-I9100.
The ROMS that i used without success are this:
