For your Internet you can try resetting it by navigating to Settings, Applications, All, Browser. Then select clear data/cache.

For your wifi you may have to delete (forget) all of your wifi connections under Settings, Wifi.

Hello

I am also having this problem, my wifi menu is stuck and this is causing my screen to blink and draining the battery. I have also done a factory reset which hasn't helped the problem. any assistance you can provide would be most appreciated.
