Custom Binary Download: YES (2 counts)
    Current Binary: SAMSUNG OFFICIAL

But ODIN is failing as i have given the log in my original thread text.

Also FYI .. I can not go back to recovery mode. This says to connect to kies and use the recovery mode, which obviously i can't as i was using ODIN.

This is the official Indian ICS:

    http://www.hotfile.com/dl/157126994/...9_INU.zip.html

Download it and unzip it once with 7zip.

Flash it in the PDA slot of Odin with everything unchecked except for Auto Reboot and F Reset.

What your phone is telling you to do is to launch Kies and do an emergency restore from the top toolbar menu of Kies.

Most people can't because Kies won't recognize the phone anymore.

    Hi Ollie,
I downloaded the file and tried upgrading again. This time it went through but when the phone was trying to restart it failed and now i can see the BATTERY Icon on the screen with no green liquid inside the icon. Is it because of battery drain? Should i put the phone on travel charger for some time and then start again?
Now ODIN is not detecting the phone.
Please reply, i am more worried now.
    BR,
    Dinkar

Yes, you should charge the battery! Booting the phone takes ALOT of battery.
