Did you flash anything? If you are in recovery, you should have an option somewhere to just reboot, no?
I am drawing a blank. If it will not let you download it over wireless, and you don't have a cable, was there ever any software transfer done?
If not, and you just have the phone in recovery mode, but have not done ANYTHING else, I am pretty certain you can pull the battery.
Please confirm exactly what you have and have not done.

If it doesn't reboot normally press the Volume Up+Home+Power Button until it reboots into Recovery Mode. If you cannot get to the true recovery screen and perform a factory data reset then you will have to get a Samsung cable and flash a new firmware with Odin 1.85.
