Welcome to the forum keanng. I'm sorry that you're having problems with your phone, but I need you to do two things - the first is to turn off your cap lock, as posting in ALL CAPS is difficult to read for many people. The second thing I need is for you to provide us with a complete story of what it was that you were doing prior to the boot loop occurring. Did you install new software or delete a program?
