Okay so now Kies air will not connect after the ICS update. The http address it gives is not recognized by my pc. I am trying to backup all of my contacts and sms info from my S2 to my PC, and am not able to. Does anyone have safe, specific instructions on how this can be done?

Do you mean with the usb cable using Kies? Or just from phone to the pc by plugging in the usb? Would you happen to have instructions on how to do this? I've been trying all day and it's not allowing a sync. Thanks so much!

Do you have USB Debugging turned on inside of the phone's Settings app?

I just went in and turned on the Debugging in settings after reading this, but I backed up my phone to my pc before doing that. Do I need to go back and redo it now that it's on?
