''Firmware upgrade encountered an issue.'' HELP!

I can't get out of the "firmware upgrade encountered and issue'' screen. I cannot get into the downloadscreen and I can't get in the recoveryscreen. My computer detects my phone but Kies doesn't. When I run Odin on my PC I can see the yellow box so I think Odin detects my phone too. I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 Model: GT-I9100. I live in Holland and my carreer is Vodafone. I hope someone can help me.

I attempted to upgrade from Gingerbread to ICS and am stuck in Odin mode with the exact same "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue" message. In Kies, the device is not recognized. In the program Odin the device shows a yellow box and is detected. I am on the Rogers network in Canada. Please help if you can

Ok, so I did what was instructed and during the Odin process I get this:

There is then a big red fail box and nothing else happens. During this whole process (about a minute) the screen on the phone doesn't change at all.

The file I used in the PDA box is as follows: I727RUXLF3_I727RRWCLF3_I727RUXLF3_HOME.tar.md5, only the Auto reboot, F reset and PDA were selected.
