Postponed Update not available any more

Hi,
I checked for updates recently and was notified that a 220 Mb update is available. Since I had no wifi I postponed it indefinitely assuming I could check for it again and install it when I have wifi. Its no longer available. There is something also went wrong with the USB drivers after the previous update so I have to get the update on the air.
I'd be glad if any one could help me get ICS running on my phone.
