Tried another USB port or computer? It might be a frayed USB cable.

If you have been normally plugging in to you computer, and this popped up, I would try a different USB port or computer, and cable as well as Ventus recommended.
I would also try powering off the phone. Just to be sure, remove the battery and put it back in. It ensures the phone is 100% without power. Then power it back up and try plugging it in again. From time to time, I have had this issue with my phones. But I also have four phones plugged in at the same time.
