My Galaxy S2 just received an update, and ever since it has been going through battery awful quick, even just on standby. I unplugged it this morning (had been charging all night) and less than an hour and a half later I pulled it out at work (hadnít used it at all) and it was below 90% battery. From being on standby for 1.5 hours.
I have barely used my phone today, except to send a few texts, and I had it plugged in to my computer for about twenty minutes or so this afternoon. I am currently sitting at 23% battery, and my phone is very hot to the touch. There is obviously something draining the power on it and causing it to heat up, but Iím not sure what.
