Backing up Voice Recording to my PC

Can someone please tell me how to back up a file on my Voice Recorder. I want to do a reset of
my phone and I know I will lose a recording that I want to keep on my voice. And then how do I
download it back to my phone?

I haven't got a clue​ as to how to answer your question - but then, I'm not a tech. If you hang on for awhile though, one of our very knowledgeable members will chime in with a suggestion.
