Galaxy SII Infuse Back, Search, Menu and home buttons not working

I searched for hours and could not for the life of me find anything on how to fix this issue, my 4 buttons on the bottom of the phone are not working and the phone is useless with out them.... i used to have the samsung galaxy s and had the same issue which was both the menu and back buttons stopped working but lit up as does my infuse now, and the home button would just capture screen shots and then i did some research and found a fix relatively fast and what i had to do was enter a number into the phone dialer and a menu popped up and and i chose to upgrade firmware on the touch buttons and had no issues since but for the life of me i cannot find this code weather it works on the infuse or not im not sure but im wondering if there is a code that someone knows for the infuse for this issue to be fixed or some other advice and direction would be greatly appreciated.
