Until recently, my backups through Samsung Kies worked relatively problem free. Now, when I try to backup, "Unfortunately, wssyncmlnps has stopped." pops up on the phone and the backup fails.
I've done the usual Googling and I can see I'm not alone with this problem but I can't seem to find a solution that works. So, I thought I'd contact Samsung Customer Care about it and their response was a generic and unhelpful "The issues you are experiencing are being caused by a software glitch on the handset. A hard reset will be the only way to solve these issues."
REALLY? That's so Apple! Surely, there's a better way than blowing everything away. Has anyone else come across this problem and solved it? Any suggestions?
