How to get rid of duplicates in the Call Log???

I’ve searched for this and found some answering that it was not possible but those threads were a bit older and I know new updates, apps, etc…might solve my issue.

My problem is all the duplicates in the call log. I don’t want to scroll through dozens of the same thing. In the past my bb simply had that person one time and the last type of contact and then you could go into it and view the history if you cared. Is there any way to resolve this or an app?

There are replacement dialers in Play Store. One of them may have the layout you desire.
