Text notifications while on vibrate

Hello,

I had my S2 into sprint last night and they applied an update that hadn't "loaded right" on my phone. It fixed an issue I was having, but now when my phone is on vibrate/silent mode, it does not vibrate when I get a text. Nor does the LED flash as it used too.

Any help? I've checked every setting I know how and done a battery pull. Was there something changed in a recent update? My OS version now is 4.0.4
