    Sleeping Screen Issue!! Help

    Hello everyone..

    need help!!

    I have samsung galaxy s2 android 2.3.5
    works perfect

    Except for one issue which is occurring since 2 3 days, when in sleeping screen mode... the screen will turn on and off by itself for about 3 4 times with hardly 5 seconds interval...

    Extremely annoying!!!

    Sounds like defective hardware to me. I would take of to your carrier and see what they have to say about it.

    You mind telling me why you're still running gingerbread? Haha. Jk. I had that problem too back when I had GB. Rooted my phone ran different roms. Nothing really solved it. And at the time I did not have CPU sleeper installed. Once I was on ICS platform that problem went away. You should update through kies.
