I've had the Galaxy S2 for Four months now with At&t. I am currently on my fourth phone. The phone powers off, and won't turn on again unless I pull the battery out and put it back in. This requires taking off the rubber case, the hard case, the phone back, and then reversing the process. I don't always have the time or the hands free to do that. I have had three refurbished phones and they all do the same thing. We replaced the battery, and that accomplished nothing. Anyone else familliar with this problem, or know how to fix it. Tech support offers no support at all. They are clueless, and frequently give bogus information.
