    need help recovering contact list from sgs2

    Hi, I have a sgs2 and the phone works, however the screen Does Not Work!!!!!!!!!! I really need all my work contacts!!!!! My carriers corporate service center, said they could not help in any way because the screen does not work. So, now what do I do? I have read some of the threads on like issues, but I do not understand what they are talking about. Please help!!!

    Welcome to the forum! Does your pc recognize your phone? If so you can transfer them that way. Also, if your contacts are saved to Google, they will show up once you get a new phone and log into it.

    If you haven't backed them up before,the only way to recover contacts from Samsung is to use Samsung Data Recover program,which has powerful methos to detect you trash bin and help you extract deleted contacts from trash bin to computer,as long as your deleted contacts haven't been overwritten by new files.
