Technically, this is not a ROM per se. It is a ROM designer that puts you in control of what functionalities you want in your very own personalized ROM. Basically you pick and choose from available ROMS, kernels, and apps and then download your greatness to flash it on your phone. It is about to lose its beta status and be released to the masses.

Rom Kitchen Walkthrough

STEP 1 : Select your phone base rom from the latest gingerbread roms
STEP 2 : Select your CSC
STEP 3 : Select your kernel from many of the great kernel developers
STEP 4 : Select your modem
STEP 5 : Select all base apps including Launcher, Browser, system apps.
STEP 6 : Select tweaks
STEP 7 : Select your theme
STEP 8 : Select your audio/ringtones
STEP 9 : Select your boot animation
STEP 10 : Click generate and wait for your rom to download.

This is now live and available to everyone. Even if you don't have this phone you should check it out here: http://romkitchen.org/beta/ It won't effect your phone in any way. They have provided a lot of customizations.

I think it is available for the original SGS as well. The last post by the devs said they weren't giving out beta keys anymore. I tried to get one so I could test drive it before posting it here, but heard about it too late.
