It would be best to compress them on a computer, but then she would have to most likely decompress them from a computer as well. If that isn't a problem then transfer the video to the PC, right click the file, and the option to zip will be seen there.

I can share my samsung s2 video with my samsung TV. I can share with wifi that is connected to my TV. I can easily watch my s2 video in my TV.
