Samsung galaxy s2 (firmware upgrade encountered an issue)

Hey guys my samsung galaxy s2 gt-i9100 gives me this error when i try to turn it on "firmware upgrade encoutnered an issue please select revoery mode in kies & try again" how do i fix this?? im pretty newbie to this so please explain it

i live in denmark
and its from "bibob"

You can try an emergency firmware recovery in Samsung Kies via your PC or you will have to flash a firmware via an app called Odin on the PC. If the Kies recovery doesn't work then we can walk you through Odin. It is very simple.

#4 hey i tryed to do it though the kies on my pc but it just stuck at connecting when i plug in my phone i can only get it to downloade mode so i guess i have to do it though odin i have odin on my pc
