New here and to smart phones.

Hey all. New to the forums and smart phones. Just got a Galaxy S2 T989. Great phone so far. I live in Kailia, HI. Looking for tips, apps and general information brought me here. Am finding that Kies is not the most user friendly when it comes to installation. Hot Kies Air working good, but can't get regular Kies ti install. When I first went to install it it hung up and stopped going thru the install process. I shut it down. Now it will not let me statt the install again and gives me an error that states there is an install already started and to finish that one before starting a new install. Any ideas as to how I do that? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
