I've just spent an hour or more looking through the pics in this thread. So really nice ones from mostly the US, with a few from SA. Here is one I took from the beach on Hayling Island, UK in May this year with my SII.

I managed the effect by moving the camera up and down a little whilst using the Panoramic Photo app. It was more guess work as it is hard to see the display in the sun.
