BMW spoke Hybrid Crossover X2 xDrive25e Use of Mobile while Drive

The Bavarian compact crossover with a plug-in hybrid engine can travel 56 km in pure electric mode. The three-cylinder turbo engine and electric motor can accelerate the novelty to 100 km / h in 6.8 seconds.

BMW introduced the electrified version of the X1 crossover in September 2019 - the car was equipped with a plug-in hybrid engine. The new version of the car received the designation xDrive25e. Now, the turn has reached the sister X2 - the same version of xDrive25e is available for him.

Besides the fact that there is an additional “gas tank” hatch on the front left wing that hides the charging port, and there is a special nameplate in the back of the car, you cannot say for sure that this is a plug-in hybrid car version in auction.

Under the hood of the car is a turbocharged 1.5-liter gasoline engine with three cylinders, the power of which is 123 horsepower (220 Nm). The crossover received a front-wheel drive that works with a six-speed Steptronic gearbox.

The internal combustion engine is connected to an electric motor that produces an additional 94 hp. power and 165 Nm of torque. The electric motor is connected to the rear axle, so the X2 xDrive25e crossover boasts all-wheel drive. The smart compact crossover can also temporarily work only on electricity - a 10 kW * h lithium-ion battery pack is installed, providing a range of 57 km or more.

The total power of the plug-in hybrid powerplant is 217 hp. The car spends 6.8 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h, and its maximum speed is 195 km / h. When using a purely electric mode, the maximum speed drops to 135 km / h. A full charge takes about five hours, while recharging the battery to 80% will take a little less than four hours. Tesla Model 3 sedan can get a larger battery

The upgrade of the electric car is scheduled for 2020. The media started talking about a possible innovation after one of the owners of Tesla rummaged through her computer.

Recently, our portal talked about how the Tesla Model 3 sedan will become more dynamic with the help of the new paid update. With it, the Long Range Dual Motor version is gaining 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds instead of the previous 4.4. The other day, it became known that next year the electric car can get an even more noticeable upgrade. One of the owners of Tesla rummaged in her computer, discovering at the same time lines of code with a list of different configurations. A battery with a capacity of 100 kWh was prescribed in it.
On the official website of the automaker indicate the battery capacity is not accepted. Instead, each model has a certified power reserve. However, other documents state that the Model 3 Long Range sedan is equipped with an 80.5 kWh battery. About 75–78 kWh are used in practice from this resource.

Autoevolution talks about another update planned for 2020. This is a package called Ludicrous for the version of Model 3 Performance. He is able to increase the acceleration time of the model to 60 mph. There are no specific figures yet, currently the electric car gives out 3.2 seconds.
