    Terminal Emulator

Trying to wipe battery stats to correct inaccurate battery percentage reporting. Battery stat wipe through CWR is broken for DarkRevenge at least, maybe some others. I see that battery stat wiping script can be run through Terminal Emulator, but I can't figure out how to do it. I downloaded "Android Terminal Emulator". Upon opening it I find "export PATH=/data/local/bin:$path" in small white text atop a blue screen. Any assistance with running this script through Terminal Emulator?

This is where you type the command. Touch the box to bring up keyboard, type su, hit enter, type bstats, hit enter. That's all you have to do. You do have to give terminal root permission if prompted when you type su.

No problem. Let us know if you find the bstat helpful.

Seems easier than booting into recovery and doing it even. Any other should-knows for Terminal Emulator, just for the sake of the thread?

Not that I know of. I don't use it that much, but if you know the proper script commands you just type them in. You always start with the su command because that gives you superuser access to the terminal.

Terminal gives you command line access on your phone. Adb gives you access from your computer.same result.

I followed these instructions: typed in "su" and hit enter (it granted su privileges) then I typed in "bstats" and hit enter and it said "not found".
Any ideas as to what I do now?
