ROM Manager Premium

ROM Manager v4.8.0.5 continually gives me the error: " You must have clockworkmod recovery installed before continuing! Install the recovery through ROM Manager first." I am using the Glitch Kernel v13 CM based recovery v5.0.2.7.
I have cleared the download cache and read a few articles about ROM Manager, but haven' t found any "good" directions/instructions for the app...

I am hesitant to use ROM Manager since last time I tried to flash a ROM I had to go back to stock and then flash CM7 fresh. Is ROM Manager a good app to flash ROMs on the Fascinate or am I better off to install zip from SD Card?

#1 your in the wrong section this is the gs2 side of the forums, you wanna post in the fascinate side.

#2 forget about rom mangler....errrr manager. Its no good for the fascinate. Do everything manually.its highly recommended that you do.everything manually since these.phones are so finniky.

No problem, we got it moved. Some people use rom manager to Download roms.. I still don't recommend it. We can give you a link to any rom your looking for and also some pretty good instructions on flashing it. If its not a "normal" rom flashing experience .... that sounds funny but I can't think of any other way to explain it

I downloaded full_fascinatemtd-ota-eng.jt1134-1105 tonight... would this be a good one to 'try on'? If so a quick refresh of steps would be wonderful or thoughts if this not a good one to install.
