    Power button damaged

I had to replace my screen so I followed very clear directions from YouTube but when reinstalling it i guess I was too rough with the ribbon attached to the power butt and it looks like it might have a small split down it. The power button does not work and this is definitely the problem. Does anyone have any advice for fixing the actual ribbon that the signal goes down? I can post pics if needed, thanks

Tough one. Ribbons aren't able to be fixed, usually anyways. If I were you, I would find a fascinate that is listed for parts on eBay and replace the power module. Cheapest way to go about that

    Welcome to the forum NY!
Sorry to hear about your problem. Your best bet at this point would be to pick up a replacement from Craigslist or Ebay.
Good luck and let us know how you make out!

    Welcome to the forum.
+1 for the advice CR6 gave. In my neck of the woods you can pick up a used fascinate on Craigslist for about 60 bucks give or take.

There are still a few asking 250 to 300 but they are the same people posting its for sale every week and not getting any one calling about it.

Well I didn't pay that much but 6 months ago I feel I paid top dollar for a fassy that was practically brand new. I just checked CL and cheapest one was 80 and up to 250 but most seem to be around 100-150. I really want to sell my fassy when I upgrade and really hope I can get that much back for it. Overall I feel I got my money's worth for the last 6 months.
