Fascinate won't boot - bad internal memory?

My wife's fascinate (running THS Build 14) stopped booting a few days ago. The white Samsung logo comes on screen and then it goes black and repeats ... endlessly.

I managed to get into CWM and it shows that none of system directories (/system, /cache, /data, etc.) are mounted. Attempting to manually mount them generates "Error mounting /<directory>". Is my internal memory toast? The SD card is fine.

The only saving grace is my GS3 arrives today so I can give her my Fascinate. But I'd hate to have to throw away what used to be a great phone. Any ideas?

Odin back to stock, and repeat the steps to get to where you were happy, I would suggest using aokp, I've been on it since the start, and I'm using build 38 and it's the most stable my phone has ever been. I've tired the newer builds but after a few days stuff goes wonky, I think it's the devil kernal and why I switch back to 38, some others have great luck with the newer but as we all know allows are not the same
