My fascinate is not working after trying to update the ROM

I bought used samsung fascinate and tried to update the rom in order to support my language, used rom :CyanogenMod
and followed these steps:

but installing the driver didnt go smoothly,
at the beginning I was able to enter the download mode , but after step , I couldn't boot in the downloade mode , the worse is that I couldn't even boot to my phone normally whenever I turn on my phone normally , screen of a computer and mobile phone with exclamation sign in between appear and nothing happen ,

I tried to update it ( the ROM ) from sdcard and also didn't work, and resulted with error "Whole-file signature".

Could any one give me a solution to my phone, I want it to function again.
