Tone On Incoming Calls- make it stop!

Please help me and my ear drum. While on a call, and a call comes in, an annoying tone begins to sound and does not stop unless I answer the incoming call or hang up. If I ignore the incoming call, the tone continues to sound through the initial call. The person on the other end of the call can hear it too. Please help!! Oh, I should mention that this persistent tone sounds in addition to the normal beeping that signifies an incoming call.

It could be an ad that an app brought in.....try downloading the push notification ad detector and check if any of them have push notif ads.
