Cyanogenmod10 08292012 Nightly Bugs: Phone Ring intermittent, speakerphone issues?

All,

Upgraded to CM10 a few weeks ago and for the most part I love it. Still a few bugs that i have that I can't seem to figure out if they are known issues pending fix?

Phone: Samsung Fascinate SCH-I500, rooted, cyanomod10 8/29 nightly.

Issues:

1) Phone intermittently rings on incoming calls. Calls are coming in.. phone vibrates but doesn't always ring. I've cleared data for the phone app.. got better for a few rings then back to intermittent
2) Speakerphone doesn't seem to work.. only on occasion

For nightlies.. i boot into CWM, wipe cache and davlik 3x each. Install nightlie from SD card. Reapply Gapps (if i don't then none of my Gapps work)

Thoughts?

EDIT: I have considered doing a nandroid, wiping my data in addition to cache partition and davlik but am hoping to avoid
