There are 2 people I 'speak' with regularly, however they only receive my emails, they NEVER receive my texts. I have tried *228 to reprogram the roaming but it didn't help. We all have Verizon. One has a Blackberry the other has the Droid 2. Am I or they doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a signature that goes with your text messages like ~~jondoe~~ or something?.. if so try deleting the sig and then send them a message.

is the phone rooted? i had a problem with sending blank texts because the baseband and build versions didnt match

Try getting google voice, if you just want to text. I don't think you can video or pic. That is what I use, and I've turned off texting to my phone to save 8 or so bucks a month.
