Add signature to text messages

Is there a way to add a signature to my text messages?

Welcome to the forum Pam! I dont believe there's currently a way to add a signature to the stock sms app. There are a number of alternate sms apps on the Market you might look into (ie: Handcent being quite popular ) but I'm not sure if those allow signatures. Perhaps someone else can confirm.

Handcent can indeed handle signatures in texts. Search for it in the Market & give it a try. I switched a while ago and would never go back to the stock SMS app.
