CyanogenMod 7 running on the Fascinate! (Partially, anyway.)

This is almost too good to be true! (I almost made a puddle at my desk.) Some of the devs over at XDA have a semi-working port of CM7 on the Fascinate. That's GINGERBREAD, boys & girls!! Hit the link for details:

EDIT1: Never mind. I got prematurely excited. The article didn't mention that this is Punk Kaos's port that we've known about for quite a while. But ... it's still a Gingerbread port, and that's something to be excited about.

EDIT2: Keep in mind that this is still an alpha build. Don't flash this unless you're very, very brave (which I am not).

I'm not that brave yet either. (and for the record, if Muji and myself won't try it yet, everyone needs to think twice before installing.)

They are doing some great work, but I just can't loose that much functionality right now. I need stuff to work. Hopefully we will have a beta build with more working soon.
