This is the finished Recovery that has been worked on by the awesome people in #samnsung-fascinate over on freenode. This guide was originally angel12's(fallingup) from XDA I just posted it over here for more people to see.
Step 1: Download the 32bit drivers or the 64bit drivers
Step 2: Download Odin from here
Step 3: Turn off your phone
Step 4: Pull the battery
Step 5: Press volume down while plugging the phone into the computer
You should see a yellow triangle.
Step 6: Open Odin on your PC
Odin should show a yellow bar with a com showing your phone has been detected.
Step 7: Click on the "pda" button and find the CWMRecovery.tar file you download
Step 8: Click start(Way to hard :])
Once it has completed your phone will have rebooted. This has installed the kernel and the recovery partition that allows you to flash an update.zip file.
Step 9: Go download ROM Manager from the Market and "Flash ClockworkMod Recovery" and chose Fascinate.
Now you have flashed ClockworkMod recovery. To reboot into recovery select "Reboot Recovery" in ROM Manager. Another way is to cold boot. To do this turn off your phone and hold volume up and down and turn your phone on. Then you select Install update.zip and it will open ClockworkMod Recovery.
