Hello All,
I sure hope someone can help me! I can only get visual notifications, I can not get sound alerts. I have checked every thing. All volumes are up, notifications are on. I have no idea what to check next! This is very annoying!

Reddit!Welcome to the forum Hashley! Pull down your notification bar and check to see if it's muted there. If it's not, you may need to do a factory reset.
Just remember to save all your contacts, text messages, etc before performing a factory reset as that will wipe your phone and you'll be starting from scratch.
You could also try a battery pull for a few minutes to see if that clears it up.
